1. Our digital editions

The purchase is a PDF travel guide produced by russia.direct for personal use. Kazan, Yaroslavl or Kolomna: 490 RUB per city, 8 pages each; the three-city collection: 990 RUB, 25 pages. Each file includes Russian and English text. VAT is not charged under the NPD regime.

Descriptions, contents and current prices appear in the catalogue. A PDF reader is required. Text is available offline; external links require internet access. Tickets, transport, accommodation, meals, tours and guiding are not included. Redistribution or publication without the author’s permission is not permitted.

2. Ordering and payment

PDF sales are not open and no pre-orders are accepted. Once sales open, choose an edition, check the price and contents, read the terms and proceed to Robokassa’s secure payment page. The payment service displays available methods. Payment constitutes acceptance of this offer. Card details are entered with the payment provider and are not received by the publisher.

Payment is one-off, with no automatic renewal or repeat charge. An electronic NPD receipt for the publisher’s own edition is provided to the address entered at checkout.

3. Delivery

After the server verifies payment, a protected PDF download link appears on the order page. Electronic delivery is included in the price; there is no physical item or postal delivery. Keep the order page. If the link does not appear or work after payment, contact the publisher; do not pay again.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Before payment you can cancel by closing the payment page. Before the first PDF download you may cancel for a full refund. If the file is defective, unavailable or does not match its description, you may choose a working file or a refund. Downloading does not remove statutory rights.

Email privet@russia.direct with the order number, date, amount and reason. Do not send full card details, CVV or passwords. Requests are reviewed within 10 calendar days; any refund due is issued within 10 calendar days of receiving the request, to the original payment method, without deducting bank or payment processor fees. If the bank delays displaying it, we will provide confirmation of the refund.

5. Other website services

Journal articles and itineraries are free. An inquiry about finding a guide is free and is not a booking; any service, provider, price and terms are agreed separately before payment. When booking tickets, hotels or tours with an external provider, its own contract and terms apply. Voluntary support is governed by separate terms and is not a guide purchase.
